Manages employee contracts, KSA labor platforms, and daily HR ops to ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and smooth employee lifecycle administration.
Key Responsibilities- Government Platforms: Administer Qiwa (contracts, transfers),
Muqeem (Iqamas, visas),
GOSI (registrations),
MUDAD (WPS compliance), and Absher
. - Contract Management: Track expiries, draft and process contract renewals, and upload authenticated contracts to Qiwa 60–90 days ahead of deadlines.
- Employee Lifecycle: Issue HR letters (Salary Certificates, NOCs), assist with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate End of Service (EOSB) clearances.
- Relations & Compliance: Resolve employee inquiries/grievances, support Saudization (Nitaqat) targets, and ensure adherence to MHRSD regulations.
- 3+ years of HR/Employee Relations experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on expertise with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MUDAD, and Absher.
- Solid knowledge of KSA Labor Law.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
