Human Capital Officer - Tamheer Opportunity

Al-Watania Information Systems (WiSys) is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Human Capital Trainee. This program is designed for fresh graduates looking to build practical experience in human resources within a leading SAP consulting and IT solutions environment.

As a Human Capital Trainee, you will work alongside our HR team and gain hands‑on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations, while developing the skills needed to launch your career in human capital management.

• Gain exposure to HR policies and procedures and assist in updating related documentation.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organize team‑building activities.
• Assist in administering performance management processes and tools.
• Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating sessions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduate - must meet Tamheer program eligibility criteria
• No prior work experience required
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn with strong attention to detail
• Saudi National
