We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is suited to an HR professional with experience in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will support recruitment and appointment procedures, employee contracts and personnel files, attendance and leave records, salary and entitlement processes, and employee performance evaluations. The position also involves working with Saudi government and HR-related platforms and ensuring HR procedures are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Follow up on recruitment, appointment, and employee termination procedures.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, departures, vacations, and absences.
- Follow up on salary and employee entitlement procedures.
- Coordinate payroll and employee entitlement matters with relevant departments.
- Manage and follow up on HR-related government platforms, including powers, social insurance, and other applicable platforms.
- Support employee performance evaluation processes.
- Monitor employee probationary periods and related HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Support HR administrative activities and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve HR-related matters.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous professional experience in human resources.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi labor system and relevant government platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and HR documentation skills.
