Master Works is looking for a highly qualified Senior Payroll & Compensation, Senior Specialist is responsible for managing payroll operations and compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintaining payroll integrity. The role also oversees employee benefits, payroll reporting, and supports the continuous improvement of payroll and compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process the monthly payroll cycle accurately and within the approved timeline.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and leave balances.
- Prepare end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and other employee financial entitlements.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance Department to ensure timely salary payments.
- Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies before payroll finalization.
- Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare payroll reports, compensation analysis, and management reports as required.
- Support annual salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and budget planning.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
- Support HR projects and perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Wage Protection System (WPS), and payroll regulations.
- Experience with HRIS, ERP systems, and payroll software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Payroll compliance and labor law knowledge.
