This role is central to end to end People Services operations, ensuring accurate HR transactions, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and benefits administration. It plays an important part in delivering timely, compliant, and service focused support across a fast moving HR environment.
A core part of the role is managing employment contracts from preparation and issuance through renewals, amendments, and archiving. The position also oversees medical insurance administration, including enrollments, updates, and terminations.
Working across daily HR operations, this role supports smooth transaction processing and consistent service delivery. It also coordinates offboarding activities to ensure a structured and seamless employee exit experience.
With responsibility for HR data management, the role maintains accurate employee records and prepares reports on attendance, leave, and employee status changes. Strong document control is essential to support audit readiness and reliable access to standardized records.
The position also administers e-government platforms such as Qiwa and the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), ensuring employee data remains current and aligned with Saudi labor law and internal policy. In addition, it contributes HR data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality and operational efficiency.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources and employee services operations.
Your background includes hands on experience with HRIS and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as Oracle, along with solid knowledge of employee lifecycle administration, contract management, GOSI, and medical insurance processes.
Success in this role depends on strong HR data management, reporting, and document control capability, supported by attention to detail, sound judgment, collaboration, adaptability, and clear communication.
