- Leadand manage all HR operations and the HR team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
- Managemanpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Overseepayroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
- Handleemployee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
- Overseegovernment HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
- Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
- Developorganizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salarystructures.
- PrepareHR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum7 years of HR experience
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing,or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management,and employee relations.
