TAWANTECH is looking for a Service Now HRSD Consultant to lead the functional implementation of Service Now Human Resources Service Delivery for our clients translating HR processes into Service Now requirements running stakeholder workshops and delivering secure adoption-ready HR service experiences across Saudi Arabia and the GCC
Key Responsibilities- Run discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture current- and future-state HR processes
- Define HR case types services fulfillment workflows approvals SLAs and reporting requirements
- Configure or guide configuration of Service Now HRSD case management Employee Center knowledge and employee journeys
- Design lifecycle-event processes onboarding transfers promotions leave and offboarding
- Prepare functional design documents and user stories and support data mapping integrations and UAT
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users HR agents and administrators
5+ years in HR / HR-service delivery / enterprise service management, including 3+ years hands-on Service Now implementation.
Proven Service Now HRSD delivery experience (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, or HR integrations).
Strong workshop-facilitation skills able to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements.
Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, and go-live stabilization.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent Arabic, spoken and written mandatory for direct stakeholder workshops.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in banking, government, or large shared-services environments.
- Integration experience with SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Service Now CSA / CIS-HRSD certification, or SHRM / CIPD / HRCI / ITIL.
- Exposure to HR shared-services models, case deflection, or knowledge governance.
