- Responsible for the daily operational support of training programs, including training plan formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that training courses are conducted on time and meet business needs.
- Manage training-related data, regularly output operational reports, and propose optimization suggestions.
- Assist in establishing and improving training processes and standards to enhance training operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in training operations or related business operations, with team support experience being a plus.
- Familiar with training system setup and project management processes, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in office software, with strong data analysis and documentation writing capabilities.
- Location is in Saudi , offering competitive compensation and benefits.
