The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing & Management:
- Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
- Ensure accurate calculation of employee entitlements such as end-of-service benefits, leave balances, and GOSI.
- Review and validate attendance, absences, delays, and overtime in coordination with HR.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
- Ensure all changes (salary adjustments, promotions, allowances) are accurately reflected.
- Monitor employee status changes and ensure proper final settlements.
- Manage and record deductions (loans, advances, penalties).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.
- Handle payroll corrections when needed.
- Review payroll reports before processing.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
, Human Resources
, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with MenaME Payroll System is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, WPS, and payroll compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for payroll reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with ERP and HRMS systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
