Recruiter - Tamheer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Trainee to join our Human Resources team through the Tamheer Program. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and professional networking sites.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
