We’re hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition for a Saudi-headquartered, global organisation at the heart of the Kingdom’s growth story. The business is scaling, the stakes are high, and the expectation is clear: build a TA function that can deliver world‑class hiring outcomes—fast, structured, and with real credibility at leadership level.

This is a role for someone who can sit with senior stakeholders, translate growth plans into hiring reality, and build a team that delivers while keeping a sharp eye on Vision 2030
, Saudisation
, and the wider national investment momentum (including the impact of PIF-backed transformation across the market
).

• Own the TA strategy and make it happen aligned to business growth, localisation goals, and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA team (you’ll set standards, coach capability, and drive accountability).
• Partner with senior leaders to define what “good” looks like: role clarity, assessment, selection, and hiring decisions that stick.
• Build hiring processes that are structured but not bureaucratic
  —quality and speed, without chaos.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience in a competitive KSA market (because reputation matters).
• Manage agencies and partners properly:
  clear SLAs, performance expectations, and ROI
  .
• Use market intelligence and data to advise leaders on availability, salary trends, timelines, and risk
  .

• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition and managing a TA team
  .
• Strong stakeholder management (you can influence, challenge, and align senior leaders).
• A delivery mindset: you care about outcomes, not just activity.

• Experience across both agency and in-house TA (you understand how to drive performance from both sides).
• KSA/GCC exposure and a strong understanding of Saudisation/localisation hiring
  .
• Comfortable with metrics: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, funnel conversion, source performance, forecasting.

• It’s a proper leadership seat with visibility and influence.
• You’ll be building something that matters—supporting growth aligned to Vision 2030
