HCM Service Center Manager

The Head of HCM Service Center is responsible for developing and implementing the HR Service Center strategy in alignment with Lumi’s overall objectives. The role leads the HR Service Center team, oversees HR operations, ensures compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement across HR services.

• Develop and execute HR Service Center strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Lead and manage the HR Service Center team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and motivating the team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Provide effective solutions for HR-related inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies remain aligned.
• Track KPIs and OKRs and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and implement policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management across HR Service Center systems, processes, and practices.
• Oversee the Directorate budget and monitor financial performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to Lumi’s leadership.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its regulations.
• Proven experience in HR Service Center management and operations.
• +5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any other related field.
