Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contract Recruitment team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full 360 role covering both business development and candidate delivery
, working across the technology market.

You'll build client relationships, win new opportunities, source and deliver candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Develop new and existing client relationships across the Saudi technology market.
• Win new business and identify contract recruitment opportunities.
• Source, qualify and deliver high-quality IT/Tech candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy through to placement.
• Build strong candidate and client networks across the GCC.

• A few years' experience in IT/Tech recruitment
  , ideally across the GCC.
• Experience across both business development and candidate delivery.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the technology recruitment market.
• Ambitious, target-driven and confident working in a 360 environment.
