Job DescriptionEmployee Onboarding &Offboarding
- Organizing and facilitating new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and exciting start fornew employees.
- Supportingoffboarding activities, including exit clearances, documentation, and finalsettlements.
- Assisting in End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations and coordination with the PRO forGOSI and government-related processes.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
- Supportingmonthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, and overtimeverification.
- Learning to navigate keyHR governmentplatforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad with our PRO.
- Assisting in preparing HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Helpingplan and execute fun employee engagement activities and company events.
- Bethe friendly face for employee queries, providing support and connecting people with the right resources.
- Contributingideas to make our workplace even more positive, inclusive, and engaging!
- Learn about Saudi Labor Law and help ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assistthe PRO with employment contracts, renewals, and visa documentation.
- Support the rollout of HR policies and initiatives across departments.
- Noprior HR experience required, we'll train and guide you!
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
- Stronginterest in building a career in HR and people operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Organized,proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
