Trainee, Tamheer - HR Services

Join SAFE's HR team as a Tamheer trainee and learn the fundamentals of daily employee services by working alongside a specialized team, with no prior experience required.

• Assist with day-to-day employee services tasks
• Support the team in organizing and updating records
• Take part in communicating with employees and handling simple inquiries
• Learn about internal HR policies and procedures

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Tamheer Eligibility Criteria:

• 1. The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
• 2. Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) website.
• 3. Must hold a diploma from an accredited technical, health, or administrative institute/college, of no less than one academic year (two semesters).
• 4. Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or foreign university accredited by the Ministry of Education (a certificate equivalency decision must be attached if issued by a foreign university).
• 5. Must not have prior practical experience in the public or private sector exceeding one year.
• 6. Must not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
• 7. Must not be listed on the Fund's  prohibited persons  list.
• 8. Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program by using both available opportunities within a total of 6 months.
• 9. Must not be excluded from the Tamheer program.
