HRIS Intern

We are looking for a motivated HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team and support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems. The role will provide hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student
• Basic understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS systems
• Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting
• Support HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues
• Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data
• Support system updates, testing, and implementation of HRIS processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity
• Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HRIS-related issues
