Human Resources Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established industrial multinational organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will have a strong strategic focus across HR strategy, organizational development, talent, management partnering, and operational HR leadership.

• Partner closely with senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people development initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policies, recruitment, administration, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including solid experience in an HR management or leadership capacity.
• Strong HR generalist and strategic HR background, with excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and the ability to operate effective within a matrix structure and international, multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English required; experience within an industrial environment is highly preferred, together with a demonstrated ability to recruit and manage high-volume staffing requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
