Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Success Factors and HR solutions to improve and automate Human Resources processes and enhance employee lifecycle management.

- Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
- Configure and support SAP Success Factors modules based on organizational requirements.
- Work with modules such as:
Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Time Management. - Configure workflows, approvals, organizational structures, and employee data.
- Support integration between Success Factors, SAP ERP/S/4
HANA, and external applications. - Prepare Functional Specifications for required developments and integrations.
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot system incidents and functional issues.
- Provide functional support to HR teams and key users.
- Prepare process documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
SAP Success Factors certification is preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP Success Factors.
Hands-on experience in one or more Success Factors modules.
Good understanding of HR business processes.
