MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:
- Smart energy meters
- LV & MV instrument transformers
- LV & MV switch gear solutions (up to 36 kV)
- Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Partner with business units to identify workforce needs, organizational challenges, and talent requirements.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Drive a positive employee experience and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience working closely with senior management and business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and applicable labor regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is preferred.
