Legal Secretary

Charterhouse are working with an International Law Firm, who is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their successful team. Arabic speaker is desirable for this role.

Based in Riyadh, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a team of Fee Earners within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, as well as performing various administrative duties such as proof-reading and amending documents, drafting Power Points and pitches, filing documents and supporting the team with any admin requests.

In addition, this role will undertake all matter management processes and work closely with fee earners to generate financial reports and handle matter balances. The Legal Secretary will also assist with month-end bills as well as assist with bids.

To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate must have experience working within a Law Firm, and must have experience working in KSA. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to details and exceptional organisational skills.

The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Arabic language skills are preferable. The candidate must be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and fully competent in using legal software.
