Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development: Draft regulations and policies to support the Center’s commercial operations.
- Contract Management: Draft and review contracts and agreements for services and products.
- Revenue Framework: Define legal mechanisms for revenue collection and disbursement.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures comply with local and international laws.
- Privatization: Create the legal structure for privatization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law (LLM preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Law, Regulations, or Government Contracts.
