Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Officer to join our team, at our Riyadh office
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and project-related legal advisory for renewable energy EPC projects.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- EPC Contracts (lump sum / item rate / turnkey)
- Supply and procurement contracts
- Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, LOIs, LOAs, and bid documents
- Provide legal inputs during tender submission and contract finalization
- Ensure compliance with:
- Electricity Act and related regulations
- Renewable Energy policies and guidelines
- Draft and respond to legal notices and contractual claims
- Support arbitration, mediation, and litigation proceedings
- Draft board resolutions, power of attorney, and corporate documentation
- Support joint ventures, partnerships, and project SPVs
- Bachelors in Law
- 3–5 years of experience in EPC / infrastructure / renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of contract law, arbitration law, company law, and power sector regulations
