Key Responsibilities:
- Integral role in a variety of corporate transactions across many different industry sectors, predominantly focused on mergers and acquisitions
- Create new and maintain existing client relationships
- Assist with Business Development
- Develop the capabilities of junior team members
- Develop thought leadership and raise the external profile of the firm
- Excellent academics, including a degree and master’s degree
- Significant experience in advising on corporate transactions
- Strong experience with working with international clients in the corporate sector
- Excellent legal drafting skills and legal research ability
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
