Counsel - Equity Capital Markets

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking a Counsel to join their Equity Capital Markets practice within their Riyadh office.

The successful candidate will support an esteemed global Corporate team, advising on some of the most high-profile ECM transactions across the MENA region. The candidate’s duties will include drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, providing strategic guidance to clients, and advising on matters such as IPOs, equity fund raisings, private placements, and bringing companies to market.

The candidate will also support clients in equity capital market transactions for existing listed companies, including rights issues, secondary offerings, placings, block trades and equity-linked securities.

• 7+ PQE;
• Strong background in corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets within a medium to large commercial firm;
