We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, specializing in Labor Law, Contracts, and Procurement Agreements
.
- Provide legal advice on labor law matters and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including commercial and procurement agreements.
- Manage employment-related legal documentation and dispute resolution.
- Support management in legal risk assessment and mitigation.
- Ensure company policies and procedures align with current legal standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in labor law and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage for foreign ).
