** Key Responsibilities

** Requirements
* ** 12–15 years of experience in media or integrated communications, preferably within global agency networks.
* Proven experience managing multimarket clients and large-scale operations.
* Strong commercial acumen and P&L management capability.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Deep understanding of media ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and emerging technologies.
