We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and employee productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to meet performance goals.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for warehouses.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Malayalam
• Experience working in a warehouse setting in Saudi Arabia
• Previous experience managing a multicultural team
