Asa Senior Project Manager ,youwill leadoneormore projectteamssimultaneously,managing largeror more complex projects.
Youwill have the authority to oversee the day-to-dayoperationsoftheseprojects, delegating tasks and responsibilities toindividualprojectmanagers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Managestheteamthathastheresponsibilityforconstruction oversightandcompliance ofcontractors,ensuring worksarecarriedoutasperthedrawings,specificationsandstandards,asperschedule andensurescompliance to ES&Hplans,qualitystandardsandlocal/nationalregulatorysafetycodes.
- Overseeperformanceofthe installation contractors,project status,schedule,costcontrol,change management systems.
- Leadandcoordinatewithcontractors,engineers,client,andother stakeholders involved infoundationworksand superstructureinstallation.
- Leadsinputtoensurecontinuousconstructionworkfrontsavailabilitythroughreviewoflookaheadschedules, commoditycharts,resourcecharts,engineering deliverables,materialdeliveryschedulesandanyotherservice requirementsincludingcontractorsubmittals.
- Ensuresrequiredpermitsandlicensesarein placepriortothe startofthespecificworkatsite.
- Verifiescompliancewith Permitand Licenserequirementsandstipulations .
- Responsibleforamulti-functionalteamwhowillbereviewingandapprovingthecontractor'ssubmittals,schedule acceptance,technicalqueries,Fieldchangedocumentsandothersubmittaldocumentsincluding Drawingsand As -Builts.
- Ensureallmaterialsandequipmentonthesite fullycomplywithinternationalstandardandtechnicalspecification requirements.
- Ensurethe closureofprojectissystematicandcomplete inallrespects.
- Maintainsaneffectiverelationshipwithclient,stakeholdersandother functionaldepartmentsandcoordinatesall jobsite contractualactivities.
- Coordinatesandmonitorsinterfaceswithothercontractors,leadthereview meetings.
- Successfullylednumerouscomplex,large scale
