Warehouse Manager

Overview

Warehouse Manager vacancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and timely flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping goods
• Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Analyze inventory levels to optimize storage space and minimize waste
• Create reports on warehouse activity, productivity, and efficiency

• Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required
