Reporting Manager

• Lead the development and generation of comprehensive reports that detail project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Design and implement effective reporting tools and frameworks to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Manage the reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and accuracy in all deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 12-15 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the construction and project management industry is a plus.
