Job summary:
A leading global IT services and digital transformation organization is seeking an experienced Sales Head for KSA to lead business growth across the region. This senior leadership role will own end‑to‑end P&L responsibility, drive revenue growth, expand strategic client relationships and strengthen the organization’s market presence in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, strategic planning, and deep understanding of the regional enterprise and government ecosystem.
- Own and manage P&L for the KSA business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Define and execute the sales and growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition across key sectors, including large enterprises and public sector accounts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales and account management team.
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships at C‑level and senior stakeholder level.
- Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and marketing teams to ensure winning proposals and successful deal closure.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and governance to maintain sales discipline and predictability.
- Represent the organization in key industry forums, client meetings, and regional events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT services / technology sales, with significant leadership exposure.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth in the Middle East, preferably KSA.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour.
- Experience selling complex, large‑scale IT services and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and operational resilience.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed, global organization.
