DescriptionThe Supply Partnerships Team Lead is a player‑coach responsible for securing high quality, sellable assets while leading a team of Supply Hunters. This role ensures the sales engine is never constrained by lack of inventory.
The Lead personally handles strategic landlords and large real‑estate groups while setting standards for quality, pricing, and execution.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in real estate, supply sourcing, or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to source, negotiate, and secure assets with landlords or real‑estate groups.
- Strong negotiation skills with a clear commercial mindset.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members.
- Ability to set and enforce quality, pricing, and execution standards.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Experience using CRM tools to track supply and inventory.
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution discipline.
- Based in Riyadh or Jeddah (or willing to travel between both).
- Source and negotiate key strategic assets personally.
- Manage relationships with large landlords and real‑estate groups.
- Secure exclusivity and favorable pricing where possible.
- Lead and coach Supply Hunters.
- Set sourcing targets and quality benchmarks.
- Review building viability before assets go live.
- Ensure buildings move quickly from sourced to live.
- Maintain clean supply data and visibility in Hub Spot.
- Work closely with BD to align supply with demand.
- Track supply trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Flag gaps and opportunities in key locations.
- Number of buildings brought live and sold.
- Revenue generated from supplied assets.
- Strategic wins such as exclusivity or below‑market pricing.
- Performance and consistency of the supply team.
- Competitive base salary.
- Team override on revenue generated from supplied assets.
- Personal bounty on assets sourced directly.
