A medium-sized EPC company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Contract Administrator to oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer EPC contracts in line with company and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate claims, variations, and change orders.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor agreements.
- Prepare accurate financial and commercial reports for management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within an EPC environment.
- Strong background in contract management, cost control, and claims.
- Proven experience with procurement and subcontractor management.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in KSA is an advantage.
