Riyadh Full Time Saudi Arabia Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Director to lead the operations of an incubator supporting nonprofit organizations in the industrial and mining sectors. The role requires strong leadership in managing resources, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of programs that strengthen the capabilities and sustainability of incubated associations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee operational plans, initiatives, and projects that enhance the readiness and capacity of incubated associations.  - Supervise financial and human resources, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability.  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the impact of programs and initiatives.  - Represent the incubator with stakeholders and provide periodic reports to relevant entities.  - Oversee the incubation process of nonprofit initiatives and organizations, providing administrative and technical support.  

- Build strategic partnerships with government entities, the private sector, and donors.  - Lead and manage the team to ensure the achievement of operational and programmatic goals.  - Track and evaluate the outcomes of incubated initiatives, and report findings to senior leadership.  - Supervise training programs and workshops targeted at the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications &

Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).  - Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit, industrial, or innovation sectors.  - Strong knowledge of the nonprofit ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.  - Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and lead high-performance teams.  - Excellent performance management and reporting skills.
