Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of the development of an extraordinary entertainment, sports, and arts destination in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director - Commercial to spearhead our commercial strategy and operations.

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial functions within the organization, ensuring that our commercial strategies align with Qiddiya's mission and long-term business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and optimize overall revenue generation.

As an Executive Director - Commercial, your leadership will be critical in managing strategic partnerships, promoting our offerings, and driving innovation in commercial practices. Your deep industry knowledge and strategic vision will help position Qiddiya as a market leader in the entertainment and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability across all segments of the business.
  • Lead and manage commercial teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and enhance the overall brand presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting of commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Present insights, updates, and recommendations to the executive team to inform business strategy.
  • A minimum of 20+ years of experience in commercial management, with a strong focus in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the entertainment industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
