The Collections Supervisor is responsible for increasing and sustaining the targeted collection rate through continuous follow-up and effective communication with tenants. This role supervises collection staff, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and receivables processing, resolves invoicing disputes in coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintains high-quality tenant relationships to enhance collection efficiency. Responsibilities- Communicate, arrange, and negotiate with tenants to collect due invoices and outstanding payments. Collection Supervisor
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to improve collection effectiveness and reduce disputes. Collection Supervisor
- Supervise collection staff to ensure invoices are collected accurately and on time. Collection Supervisor
- Follow up on and ensure required field visits are conducted by collectors when needed. Collection Supervisor
- Prepare, track, and submit collector productivity reports (daily/monthly as required). Collection Supervisor
- Ensure invoices are extracted, prepared, and shared with tenants before due dates through collectors. Collection Supervisor
- Ensure receivable/payment vouchers (receipt bonds) are issued accurately for received amounts. Collection Supervisor
- Maintain accurate tenant payment records, including reasons for non-payment, enabling quick retrieval when required. Collection Supervisor
- Ensure invoice issues are resolved and followed up through collectors with concerned departments within the company. Collection Supervisor
- Prepare and submit required collection reports (including daily follow-up/activity reporting). Collection Supervisor
- Achieve monthly and annual collection targets set by company management. Collection Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. Collection Supervisor
- 3–5 years of experience in collections. Collection Supervisor
- Proven ability to work with targets and tight deadlines. Collection Supervisor
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements related to collections/receivables. Collection Supervisor
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases. Collection Supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collection Supervisor
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-handling capability. Collection Supervisor
- Ability to remain polite and empathetic without losing firmness and confidence. Collection Supervisor
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Collection Supervisor
