A leading company in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager – Contracts & Tendering to lead all contract and tendering activities for government and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in contracts and tendering within KSA, with strong expertise in the Etimad platform. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risks while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
