Role OverviewElevate is seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Manager - Consulting to join our Consulting & Advisory team in Riyadh, focusing on Sport, Culture & Entertainment. This role is ideal for a management consultant, with sector expertise in sport, culture and entertainment, who is a specialist in delivering strategic projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the team to drive commercial growth across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery- Providing leadership and oversight of sponsorship consulting projects for both rights holders and brands.
- Delivering non-sponsorship consulting projects
- Managing consulting projects end‑to‑end, including deliverables, insights, and client communication.
- Managing and mentoring team members, supporting their development and ensuring high‑quality output.
- Apply a genuine eagerness to mentor, grow, and develop direct reports.
- Retaining and growing existing client relationships through strategic guidance and excellent service.
- Collaborating with the business development team, to support achievement of agreed revenue target.
- A rounded consulting toolkit, with previous experience working for a reputable consulting firm
- Significant sponsorship experience, ideally including work in the Middle East.
- Strong industry curiosity, with a commitment to continuous learning and network building.
- A data‑driven mindset, with enthusiasm for integrating insight and improving processes.
- Willingness to travel
- A strong network in the GCC (preferred)
- Experience managing project budgets and managing cost
