Overview
We are looking for Country Manager within Luxury high end Jewelry who is responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance, and brand development of the company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Country Manager ensures the execution of the Group strategy adapted to local market dynamics, leads retail operations through the Boutique Managers, and works in close coordination with HQ functions to maintain brand consistency, operational excellence, and financial discipline.
Responsibilities- Own and deliver the commercial and strategic development of company in KSA
- Translate Group strategy into a clear local roadmap aligned with Saudi market realities
- Full P&L responsibility for the Saudi business
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control
- Direct line management of all Boutique Managers in KSA
- Set targets, KPIs, and performance standards
- Build, lead, and retain a strong local retail leadership team
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudization requirements
