- Support line manager in reporting, planning and monitoring key initiatives.
- Support in delivery of various key initiatives/projects for the Group.
- Provide support in the overall budgeting process for the Group.
- Support in the overall deliverables of the department / group.
- Prepare budget and distribute approved annual budgets among the segments and product – assets, liabilities, fees, yield, cross sell, trade.
- Forecast business performance and share projections with the Corporate Banking Group leadership team on periodic basis.
- Work with segment and Area Heads in building up region wise budgets and distribution of the same by RM/TL.
- Formulates and Allocates budget and key financial indicators (income, expenses, sales) in cooperation with Corporate Management and Business Unit Heads.
- Manage performance plans, targets, monitors performance, develops incentive schemes, and monitors CRM processes, monitors cross sell in cooperation with CBG Management and Business Heads.
- Identifies needs for business support projects, and in cooperation with internal departments or external specialists, implements projects to improve efficiency, obtain market share, or achieve business growth for the Corporate.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
- Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
- Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
- Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline, at a master’s level preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 5 - 8 years progressive professional experience, in Banking, Financial institution, Financial Consultancy, or a combination of them, from which at least 3 years at a similar position.
