AI Project Manager

Master-Works is on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in our organization, you will oversee project execution, guide teams towards achieving project goals, and ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in harmonizing project activities and stakeholder expectations in our fast-paced environment.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Track project performance and promptly resolve issues, risks, and changes through effective communication.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including high-level summaries and detailed reports.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within your project teams.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outcomes.
• Evaluate project performance after completion and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Superior leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
