Responsibilities
- Design and develop organizational structures to ensure clear, integrated roles and responsibilities.
- Implement and periodically review organizational design models to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and update job descriptions aligned with business needs and market benchmarks.
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Analyze workload and workforce distribution to optimize human resource utilization.
- Align organizational structures and workforce plans with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Lead short- and long-term workforce planning initiatives.
- Support succession planning and career path development in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze future workforce trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual workforce budget in collaboration with Finance.
- Forecast future human capital requirements in line with operational plans.
- Develop and update policies and procedures related to organizational design and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with approved regulations, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Standardize methodologies for job description development and job evaluation.
- Enhance organizational structure–related processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Support talent management initiatives by sharing available roles to enable career path development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of succession and replacement programs.
- Enable departments to effectively plan workforce needs in support of succession planning.
- Prepare periodic reports and present insights to senior management.
- Stay informed on global best practices in organizational design and workforce planning.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
