• Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
• Proven expertise in planning and delivering complex property or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Sustainability focus, advanced scheduling knowledge, and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
