Senior Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive Leader with proven experience leading large-scale entertainment districts or theme park destinations
. This is a hands-on, embedded leadership role
, supporting the management, performance, and strategic direction of major leisure and entertainment destinations.

The role requires deep operational leadership experience, not a consulting-only background.

• Provide senior leadership and operational oversight for large entertainment districts or theme park environments
• Support strategic planning, operational governance, and performance management
• Advise on visitor experience, operational efficiency, safety, and scalability
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to drive execution and delivery
• Support integration across operations, facilities, attractions, and guest services
• Provide guidance on best practices from leading global entertainment destinations
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and project sponsors

• Senior leadership experience
• Direct responsibility for managing large-scale entertainment, leisure, or theme park destinations
• Experience with in organizations such as Disney, Universal, Yas Island, Dubai Parks & Resorts, Sentosa
  , or similar large-scale developments
• Strong operational leadership background in complex, customer-facing environments

• Former or current CEO / COO / General Manager of a major entertainment destination
• Executive leader with deep exposure to destination management, operations, and governance
• Comfortable operating in onsite, high-visibility leadership roles
