Country Manager

The role acts as the single point of ownership for the KSA business and serves as the primary bridge between Saudi-based clients and the Egypt headquarters.

• Lead new business development, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retainers and project-based revenue.
• Develop senior-level relationships with decision-makers across private, and public sector entities.
• Define & monitor KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Lead hiring decisions in coordination with HQ HR.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Build a strong network of local vendors.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks.
• Represent Media Republic at industry events and key market forums to strengthen brand presence and reputation in KSA.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to HQ leadership.
• Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and margin-protected.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Manage cash flow, payments, and collections.
• Report financial performance regularly to MD and Chairman

• Manage client onboarding, scope definition, incoming briefs, pricing, resource allocation and contractual agreements.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Handle escalations and resolve client issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Egypt-based creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Maintain quality control on all deliverables and establish efficient workflows aligned with HQ standards.
