Senior Project Manager FF&E

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace are providing project management consultancy services. The role will be centrally based in Diriyah and requires the coordination of all stakeholders to ensure successful on time delivery of a variety of Client supplied FF&E and artwork. The candidate must have a strong ability to coordinate large volumes of products and the various responsible teams to achieve delivery to suit project demands.

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, accountable for scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Champion safety first, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across all teams and stakeholders.
• Procure, manage, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and time frames, ensuring sustainable and successful delivery.
• Maintain robust quality systems, service excellence, and compliance with standards.
• Drive innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities throughout project execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and best practice from across Mace.
• Ensure effective handover, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support long-term success.

• Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
• Proven delivery expertise in FFE and Luxury stages of a project.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and be self sufficient.
• Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams.
• Sustainability focus, stakeholder engagement, and advanced communication skills.
