Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager will lead transportation construction supervision services in Riyadh, ensuring high‑quality delivery, strong financial performance, and alignment with corporate standards

• Lead and manage the Transportation Supervision Section to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Monitor market trends and ensure strong positioning with current and future clients
• Support proposal development for transportation supervision projects
• Oversee progress across all Riyadh transportation supervision projects and resolve major issues
• Manage project risks, claims, variation orders, and contractual matters in coordination with relevant departments
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control and HSSE standards
• Enforce corporate policies and maintain consistent performance across supervision teams
• Set and track KPIs, including revenue, growth, utilization, and profitability
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and issue resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in transportation construction supervision
• Strong background in managing technical and financial proposal submissions
• Proven ability to oversee major claims and design‑related variations
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
• Experience tracking project performance across budget, schedule, and delivery metrics.
