The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the highest-ranking executive in the organization, responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership to ensure the enterprise achieves its objectives while aligning with the mission, values, and goals of the organization. The CEO will oversee national and global operations, ensuring the sustainable growth and profitability of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) sectors.

This role necessitates a seasoned professional who excels in fostering a high-performance culture, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, government entities, and customers, while driving innovation and operational excellence. The CEO will also lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies to enhance market positioning, competitive advantage, and drive transformative initiatives to capture new growth opportunities in the evolving technological landscape.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience, specifically within technology-driven organizations, particularly in the UAV/UAS fields.
  • Proven track record of leading complex organizations through periods of growth and operational change, demonstrating an ability to adapt strategies to shifting market dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, fiscal management, and understanding of investment strategies relevant to the UAV/ UAS sectors.
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks associated with aviation and drone technology on both national and international levels.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform innovative product and service development.
  • Experience in talent development and organizational culture transformation, with evidence of successfully building and nurturing high-performance teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying excellence in public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of technological advancements in UAV/UAS, including but not limited to emerging technologies, software, hardware, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management within the UAV context, encompassing procurement, logistics, and operational workflows.
  • A proven ability to maintain and establish relationships with key industry stakeholders to effectively promote the organization's strategic interests.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to successfully expand the organization’s market presence in the UAV/UAS industry.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to define and execute the organization’s overall vision, mission, and long-term objectives while ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
  • Spearhead the innovation and research agenda, focusing on evolving UAV technology and identifying opportunities for new product development or enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions, ensuring that systems and processes support organizational goals.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and steer organizational performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to ensure financial health and operational viability.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with governmental, regulatory, and industry bodies to influence policy and regulation in favor of the organization’s strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee organizational risk management strategies, ensuring legal compliance, ethical standards, and adherence to industry regulations are met.
  • Represent the organization in a professional capacity at industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate brand recognition and credibility.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with the Board of Directors, providing timely updates on performance, risks, opportunities, and other critical matters.
