Construction Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Construction Director to join our Project Management Company (PMC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead and oversee mixed‑use development projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple mixed‑use construction projects
• Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee and coordinate activities of project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community representatives
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout project life cycles
• Analyze project performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Drive innovation and sustainable construction practices in project execution
• Mentor and develop project team members to enhance overall capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed‑use development projects
• Proven experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Expertise in budget management, risk management, and contract administration
• Proficiency in project management software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to make decisive decisions in high‑pressure situations
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic language skills highly desirable
