Project Manager – Mega Project

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale, high-profile infrastructure project. This includes full project lifecycle leadership, ensuring scope, cost, time, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations are met. The role requires strong experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs within tight deadlines and budgets, often in coordination with governmental or strategic clients.

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of a mega infrastructure project from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor project performance and take proactive corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with finance and commercial teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Manage contracts and interface with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and enforce performance standards.
• Drive risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation, including permits and approvals, is maintained and compliant.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing direction, motivation, and performance management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a must.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role on mega or giga infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure (e.g., highways, urban development, utilities, bridges, tunnels).
• Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar contractual frameworks.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
